Our barn exists and is only used to pile up many things!
What Could this building be used for ?
- a self catering holidays in France with pool;
- a hiring Vendee holidays – a Vendee rural self-catering;
- a Vendee rental cottage with an indoor private pool;
- a hiring Vendée self-catering- a charming gite in the Vendee;
- a rental house in countryside very close to the sea;
- a rental home for stay in the Vendee – a seasonal hiring in the Vendee;
- hiring of a house of holidays – a hiring holidays to leave in week end
- but not guest house, nor a hotel with swimming pool.
After a phase of studies, discoveries and of reflexion, we decide on the restoration project of the barn to make a self catering holidays in France with pool in the Loire Valley Vendee with an indoor swimming pool and a relaxation area.
The accessibility of the handicapped has been well thought out in the planning of this project.

heated all year round to 28°, children’s corner. A Spa is envisaged for a future date.
A technical room which will house all the dehumidification equipment for the relaxation area, along with the filtering and heating equipment for the indoor private pool.

The idea is to preserve this barn with its existing stone walls and openings to respect the heritage of the Vendée.
We must rehabilitate this building, to give it back its character and to give it value.

The design and the plans are thought out at the beginning of year 2008. The permission to build request is deposited at the mayor’s office of the commune LES CLOUZEAUX on June 12, 2008.
We receive the approval on July 23, 2008.

The consultations ith the building companies and the craftsmen are carried out.
The analysis of the proposals is carried out, planning and the development of the Book of the Particular Administrative Clauses is defined.
At the end of June 2008
The contracts for the constructional work are signed with the companies.
Work
September 3, 2008: Work starts. It is necessary to ensure progress on thebuilding site for the next 6 months.
